Mario Donadio is our go-to guy here at Hubbard Harpsichords.  He has many years of experience in both harpsichords and modern pianos.  He trained in piano technology at North Bennet Street School and, when we called to verify his reference, we knew at once we had something special.   For a while he ran a piano store and built harpsichords in his native Colombia, then worked for Fazioli in Italy.  Having returned to Boston to work for us and study harpsichord with Mark Kroll, Mario built this instrument (named 'Baby') for himself in his spare time.   In his ensuing spare time, he has built yet another which is nearing completion (can you say, 'Sequel').  Sadly, there is no room for two so Mario is offering Baby to an appreciative home.

This instrument has a sweet, seductive sound and the action to match.  It is a joy to play in a room of just about any size.  The package includes a matching bench.
